Beads On The Internet ships worldwide. Shipping cost is based on actual weight and package size.

Shipping Options and Pricing

Free shipping! Spend Ł20.00 in the store (excludes larger/heavier items such as bead kits, curtains, kilos and bead trays)
UK First Class for Ł2.75. Your items must be under 350 grams, this is best for small orders that can fit in the palm of your hand.
UK First Class from Ł 4.00. For items over 350 grams.
UK Recorded Delivery from Ł3.00. This is a good option if you are purchasing pliers and tool sets. We will utilize the best option for your package whether it's in a flat-rate envelope or box.
INTL Priority Envelope Your items must fit in the designated envelope (Approx 12x9x1). This is a good option if you are purchasing pliers and tool sets and items that can lay flat in the envelope. Price for USA Ł5.50, all other countries Ł8.50.
INTL Priority Flat-rate Box Your items must fit in the designated boxes (Approx 13x11x3). This is a good option for the heavier and larger items such as bead curtains, bead kits, and lamps. Price for USA Ł12.00, all other countries
Ł25.00.

Beads On The Internet charges you exact fees from the Post Office. We do not overcharge and just recently started waiving our handling fees to better help our customers save money. If you have any questions at any time, please contact us.

Beads On The Internet reserves the right to change your shipping option without charging the customer, for faster delivery times and savings for the customer. We do our very best to give accurate cost for shipping during your checkout, however, if after we get back from the post office and the actual cost is different, the customer may be charged back or refunded.

Shipping Timelines:

UK First Class Mail - 1-5 business days after processing.
UK Parcel Post - 1-10 business days after processing.
UK Recorded Delivery - 1-2 days after processing.
International shipping - 1-40 days after processing.

Please take note, that our time line that we say your package may be there, is only an estimate, we have no control what happens to your package after it leaves our hands. Delay can happen due to weather and other events beyond our control.

Rush Processing
Beads On The Internet make every attempt to ship orders the same day they are recieved, however we do not guarantee orders will be shipped the same day. We offer rush handling for an additional Ł1.50. paying for this option moves you to the front of the line in processing.
Please note that this fee does not upgrade your shipping option, it only makes processing your order go faster.

Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to keep sufficient quantities of all items in stock at all times. However, there may be occasions where some of the items you order may be out of stock. At checkout, you are asked a question on whether you want a refund, backorder or exchange on out of stock items. This allows us to better serve you should your item not be available.

Closeout Items
All items specifically stated at "Closeouts Items" are non-returnable or refundable.

Insurance
During Checkout, adding insurance to your order is added by default. If you wish to decline, check the box indicating so.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. We are human and mistakes happen. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are a 100% direct mail Internet store and have physical store location. We reserve the right to change this FAQ page at any time.

Returning Merchandise
We are happy to accept returns with the exception of special orders or drop ship items. Returns must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. No need to call for prior authorisation on regular items. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. Beads On The Internet is not responsible for postage on returned items. The original postage fee, insurance and bonding fees will not be refunded. Also, if you received free shipping or wasn't charged in full for shipping for your original order, you will also be charged for the difference from your refund amount. As soon as we receive the package and verify its contents, we will either refund your money or exchange your items, whichever you prefer. Paypal refunds will be done within 2 weeks.

Coupons & Discount
Any coupon or discount programs that Beads On The Internet offers during the checkout process must be correctly entered by the customer. Will will not issue credits after the checkout is completed. Example: When you enter a coupon code for free shipping, it will automatically select what shipping option for you. The shipping option will say; Free Shipping. It is very important that customers leave this option alone, for if you change it, it will not accept the coupon and you will be charged. If this happens or any other errors are made, we will not issue a credit after your checkout is completed. Thank you for your understanding. In addition, coupons or discounts are not valid on any special order items.
