  • I am trying to login, but I can't find my password, what do I do?
    Type your username in the login field. Click on "Email me my password", then click login.  Your password will be mailed to you.  If you don't know your login, contact us or set up for a new account.
     
  • How do I set up for a new account?
    Go to the New Account link.  Choose a login name and proceed to fill in all the sections labeled in bold and click save.  An email will be sent to you with your information for future use.  Signing up for an account is easy and secure.  All information is kept private.
     
  • How do I find out what my login name is?
    Send us a message at the Contact us link, or set up for a new account.
     
  • Is it safe to use my credit card with you?

    YES!  Paypal is one of the leading payment processing companies in the world today.  They use the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of its members transactions.   • The tracking number I was given says, "No Record of Item", but you told me it shipped, what is that about?
    The tracking number provided is a delivery confirmation number, meaning it only tracks the shipment upon delivery.  It does not track while in transit.  If you see this message, it does not mean that your package wasn't shipped.
     
  • I prefer to buy my beads in groups or on a strand.  Do you sell in these formats?
    Our main concept at Jenny's Bead Factory is to give the customer as much control over their spending as possible.  Selling beads on a per bead basis allows this to happen.  If you are used to ordering in groups, then order how much you would normally expect in a group.  If you are used to ordering in strands, then click to view our chart on how many beads per 16" strand.  If you are used to ordering in mass, contact us for a custom quote.
     
  • My item(s) are on backorder, how long does it take for them to come in?
    It all depends on what it is and if our wholesaler has it in stock, but usually 1-3 weeks.  If you place an order and any items are on backorder, you will be notified of the status and we will do our best to fulfill your request as quickly as possible.
